You might be wondering who is behind GBONJU HERBAL CARE, well my name is Mrs. OYINDAMOLA AISHA BALOGUN, popularly known as AYIOMOALAGBO, a dedicated hard working woman, a lover of God and most importantly she gives back to the society (Philanthropist). She is also the founder of Dodondawa support foundation for women and children.
Herbalism is so broad that you cannot just stumble into the profession without a solid ground. As a descendant of ALHAJA ABIBAT ATOKE ALASE popularly known as IYA-OJA MUSHIN, LAGOS STATE, her contribution towards the growth of herbalism in Nigeria earned her the title of ARE- GBOGBO ALEWE OMO OF NIGERIA.
However, the knowledge was passed on to her by her mother LATE ASANTTAYE who use to take her from one village to the other in search of plants and herbs in the process, any town they reach to get plant, the villagers will tell them the uses of such plants.
After the demise of her mother, she remained fully into the trade and made sure all her female children remain active in the trade( that’s my mother’s side).
